The Pattern of Inheritance

There is a generation rising that desires to build and create and they are not asking for permission, but for the pattern. They want to see what a whole life (spirit, soul and body) looks like when it is placed underneath a whole vision.

We owe them more than tactics because tactics age quickly. We owe them a way of seeing, a way of holding tension between profit and purpose, and a way of leading that does not require them to abandon the parts of themselves that made them worth following in the first place.

To equip is to give weight. It is to hand someone the tools and then stand close enough that they can borrow your courage while they learn to trust their own. It is slower than scaling and also the only thing that scales significantly.  Inspiring mentors and thought leaders are needed in this hour for a generation seeking "spiritual fathers and mothers". 

The founders and creatives coming behind us do not need another accelerator. They need mentors who have already paid the price of wholeness and are willing to walk them through the same fire. This is the architecture and the inheritance we are framing that results in Kingdom lavish legacy.
